This decadent double-layered skirt is made with 35 yards of luscious chiffon with a matching nylon yoke. It features loads of fluff on the bottom tiers, a double face satin bow and an adjustable, covered waistband which allows you to make the skirt smaller.

Big Girl (3-7 years) 13" Length and Waist 20-28" - While unstretched, the elastic waistband measures 18" and fully stretched measures 28" - waistbands are adjustable and can be self tightened for a smaller waist.
